After we found its way to Iloilo and deposit our bags. We made a decision to take a small visit at La paz marketplace. My target would be to grab some popular la paz batchoy. We visited deco and purchased batchoy. I so like the soup and all.Really relaxing. Every sip will be heaven. I also like the pandesal from JD, super yummy and tasty. Excellent combination. Super delicious batchoy plus very reasonable equals heaven. I'll definitely return back here.

Regional Cuisines - Tried the specific - soup with a number of ingredients. Quite tasty but as well salty for me personally - but that has been my fault - I didn't follow my principle and taste initial but implemented my wife's suggestion to include soya sauce 1st!My mistake! Will need to try again.

This noodles soup is among the hottest soup in Bacolod City and also in Ilo ilo City, Philippines. It is best for snack and especially during rainy period. Soup: really tasty and an extra black pepper can make the soup a lot more tasteful. Thesoup has been properly cookee and prepared. Price: $-$$ Place: much larger than before and in the mall (SM city) Overall: well done

Serves batchoy in various sizes and add-ons, Deco's Una Paz Batchoy was among the original brand names from Panay which includes expanded their stores inside Bacolod City. Slurpylicious sizzling noodle soup produced even more sinfully good with additional servings of chicharon (sharp pork skin).

We was with the business of friends and customers from Cebu & Manila whenever we tried their Branch inside SM Town- Bacolod. The theory was, since we had been in Bacolod to use a restaurant focusing on Ilongo specialties. We purchased their signature "Batchoy" dish andpaired it making use of their Soy Chicken. Very much to your dismay, the Batchoy had been completely disappointing. The Broth- that is said to be core simple winning ingridient was extremely Bland. As an Ilongo I've eaten "Batchoy" numerous of that time period in other dining places but Deco's edition was a large let-down. It had been tasteless and without flavor. And to believe they advertise being the "First". Their Soy Poultry although quite small compared was fairly good however the Dipping Sauce will be a very important factor we Cannot appear to figure out! It had been bland with somewhat unusual sweet after-taste and appeared like a diluted infant food? Most of us prevented the dipping sauce and chosen a industrial Tomato sauce. The over-all Dining Knowledge was quite dispapointing that we went and drove to Lacson road (the City's major thoroughfare) to dine in another of the nice restaurant there.Hopefully Management should consider this!

I acquired curious as a whole lot people was falling in line for a little area. It’s my first-time in Bacolod and was sort of seeking to taste some Ilonggo delish and conveniently found Deco’s in SM Bacolod. I tasted the soup first and mytastebuds danced with happiness even a lot more after slurping the noodles, meat, etc. do not have I tasted an extremely “namit” (Hiligaynon/Ilonggo of delicious) batchoy. I also paired it with bread. Namit gid ni.

It had been the Masskara Festival in Bacolod when I visited last October so a lot of the restaurants in SM Bacolod were full for lunch. I was roaming round the mall when Deco’s Original La Paz Batchoy caught my eyes. The restaurant claims that theirs isthe original La Paz Batchoy since 1938. Here’s what I believe about their batchoy: - This is a simple noodle soup. Why is it special may be the garlicky “kaldo” or soup and the things that include pork, liver, egg, chicharon, and spring onions. - What they serve is quite different from the people in the pictures on display in the resto but I then found out later why what they serve isn’t as rich and generous in ingredient. For the reason that it could have “sawa” factor if there’s a significant amount of liver and chicharon. - I added some black pepper also it just made the soup better still. - I ate the batchoy with puto (rice cake) but their puto isn’t the type I acquired used to eating. It wasn’t as sweet and there’s some sour notes. I then found out down the road when I interviewed the manager that kind of puto is really a delicacy of Manapla. - Deco’s Original La Paz Barchoy will come in three sizes: extra, super, and special. The decision depends on what size your appetite is. In my own case I went for super. - The food is actually affordable and ideal for those on a budget but want something really filling. I only paid P143 for both dishes.

Everytime I had to be able to visit Bacolod, I make constantly be sure to stop by for an instant snack. Nice place, they will have enough room for hungry diners. Best time and energy to visit? ANYTIME! Among the tastiest LA PAz Batchoy I've ever tasted 😊😊😊

If you've frequented virtually all batchoy places in Bacolod, then try out this one. Batchoy is batchoy, noodles is noodles - but the way you make the broth to create it taste enjoy it is requires commitment, and I believe they've done this right. Yes,the kaldo may be the clincher, it really is what this flavour is focused on. So test it out for, you'd be surprised that it's something different.
