My friends and We had supper at The Crust (among the dining places at The Lind Boracay) last Saturday, July 2, 2022 at around 6pm. We'd a lovely supper and we commend Mr. Guilbert who assisted us that evening. The sad thing though wasthat we found a chunk of plastic wrapper on the Bulalo Soup that was actually disgusting and totally unacceptable. We kept our relaxed and informed it to Mr. Guilbert who mentioned sorry and also retrieved the plastic material from us. We were disappointed though on what the group handled the problem. Nobody visited us from the supervisors or additional staff to enquire about the problem. Other restaurants could have taken out it from the costs or what however they did not. I sent a note through their Facebook Web page informing them concerning the situation (because probably the kitchen personnel kept it to themselves) but I was simply told they would investigate more but nothing at all was done though.
