Should be Zero ranking. Conti’s Marquee Mall Pampanga staff members are totally poor at customer support -except the security safeguard. Yes the security safeguard have better customer support than your actual employees. They made me sense discriminated. I was only, I asked easily can siton the lately vacated table because it felt comfortable right now there. The staff questioned “just how many” I answered just me. He stated “ay! Papalinis ko nalang po yung desk”. The “ay!” expression has already been a red flag if you ask me. Had been he expecting me to create the complete Barangay to dine there? THEREFORE I seated. The cleansing of the table grew to become “staggered” it wasn’t even immediately. The restaurant is active so I thought alright, understood. I’ll become more individual -considering I’m exhausted from walking and purchasing and sleepy when i had an early on morning shift at work. After that there had been a couple of who came plus they were passed out a menu publication the moment they seated. I has been NEVER given a menus book. Advantage of the doubt, they probably waiting for my desk to become cleaned -the washing of my desk which didn't even finish! These were so wanting to serve the few that they completely ignored me. I sensed discriminated, neglected. As though I’m a beggar who can’t pay meals. It experienced horrible. I can’t even get in touch with any of the personnel coz they’re hectic tending some other clients who curently have their meals on the tables. I walked out. This awful knowledge happened nowadays, 8th of November 2019 around 3:30PM. That has been not the customer program I experienced eating at your BGC branch. I'll never dine there. Won't recommend your cafe to my buddies and colleagues. Maybe I'll still dine within their BGC branch when I’m in the metro and even though I understand I’m not just a big reduction to the eating place that’s for certain but I wish this will not eventually anyone.
