We guess this is exactly what happens once the success and popularity of a small business reaches the heads of individuals behind it, bringing on a complete disregard of consumer legal rights. I was a repeat client of Cole's Cansi Cebu, since i have absolutely like theBacolod dish - until they developed an online promo they refused to honor because just a few joined. After pointing out the unfairness and unprofessionalism of the problem through a private information, they deleted the article and blocked me from their Facebook web page. Final October 20, the establishment announced an on the internet promo (Promo Period: Oct. 20-31) on the Facebook page after that, without producing any follow-up public announcements, later on refused to drive through with it because just a few people joined up with. The promo write-up was up through the entire promo time period, until today (Nov. 7, ie. weekly following the deadline) when I delivered an inquiry about any of it. A few hours later on, they deleted the post and blocked me from their page. Is this a good practice? Murag al-CANSI. 👎🏼
