This is the best restaurant in Metro Manila. I have already been many times. The meals is outstanding. I especially benefit from the steaks and the honey glazed carrots are excellent. Service is fantastic. The atmosphere is stylish and fitting for a particular occasion or simply anight out with special someone. Highly recommended.

Incredible colonial style room, great service and fascinating menu which though costly for Manila was excellent value nevertheless. Reside musicians properly accompanied the meal. An extremely pleasant experience and something to be repeated when possible!!

We ordered the degustation, French Onion Soup, Seafood Medley, Roast US Primary Beef Rib, chocolates plus they were all therefore heavenly. The atmosphere was beautiful and the program was superb. Raise your voice to Vince who was simply very mindful of us. Always advisable toeat here.

Little did I understand it would focus on creating a reservation where We checked the website also it says open for supper from 6pm so when the reservation woman asked what period I am arriving I said 6pm. Upon arrival a couple of minutes after6pm the hostess recommended us that meals orders don’t begin until 6:30pm. I let her understand politely we weren’t suggested that, easily had known I'd reach 6:30pm. We sit back and have to order beverages and are advised they are able to not really take our drink purchase and only drinking water until 6:30pm. We insisted to purchase champagne because they should not open up if not prepared to provide service that they ended upward serving. The surroundings and ambience was typical with somewhat tacky decor, cold air-con and live songs that didn’t begin til 7pm (one hour after we arrived, therefore we were sitting alone). We made a decision to purchase a la carte right before 6:30pm and after several follow-ups on our foods we get told they cooking area acquired to remake our meals as it wasn’t high quality though by this time around its already one hour after we purchased and we obtained our foods nearly 10mins later on. Earlier communication could have been helpful. Ahead of our meals arriving I ordered one glass of wines which had taken 20mins and arrived after our foods and many follow-ups. We had been seated 2nd in the restaurant among others who purchased the set menus were consuming before us. Whenever we lastly got our meals our sides were cool. We requested the fries become changed for brand new hot fries, if they returned out the wait personnel advised that they experienced reheated them, therefore we delivered them back again and cancelled them. To best it off the steak had been overcooked and the duck has been average tasting. As the assistant supervisor attempted to rectify the problem it was already a horrible experience and I'd not recommend visiting right here to anyone.

Visited as several six for business lunch time here. Luxurious decoration with sumptuous foods. Settled for the rib of beef that was excellent. Great menus with plenty of choice, though not really perhaps in case you are vegetarian. Excellent wine list not really that people partook beinglunchtime. Chocolate dessert looked amazing and I'd have loved one easily had any space still left. Restaurant appears distinctly French, with all the current grandeur. Fantastic dining experience - high quality service and the very best of great dining. I am hoping I get possiblity to revisit.

It's the first restaurant within Manila in 5 yrs that I left following the very first sip of table drinking water. The waiter described right away the limited un-Italian and un-French amount of expensive options by discussing "the difficult situation", within the loungeof the resort there is no scarcity at all, even Philippine specialities another Chinese menu, exactly the same holds true for Ilang-Ilang, needless to say. They offered a free entréelectronic of butter and paté but without the bread. Whenever we were looking forward to the cocktails ahead we were told our main menu selection from the currently reduced menu was "unavailable". Obviously available were just the steaks for the dual, triple or quadruple cost. I really do not want to trust this was only a cheap excuse since it may have hurt them to market the tasty Iberico Pork Loin Steak at 800, that was probably the "old cost". Some restos simply forget to update costs, and then tell the client "it isn't available". I noticed this as a tale before arriving at the Philippines, and I noticed this excuse at some inexpensive restos, however, not at one revealing as 5-superstar. With the options left to pay yet another 2k to 4 k more for the lunch time, we preferred to depart. Not recommendable in case you are really searching for French or Italian cuisine, there is no pasta, no pizza, no real French meals, either. Sorry, I must correct myself: There have been French Fries and Crêpes Suzette - lol. "Steak house" will be more fitting because of this place. People certainly pay a whole lot for the special luxurious ambience and environment, advertised as "probably the most romantic area in the united kingdom,". It is real that we haven't seen such lavish decoration and a stylish design "with advanced accents which includes crystal palm trees, tasselled ceiling fittings and floral upholstered chair, which flawlessly reflect its sumptuous classical offerings." Nonetheless it sure does not really provide "wide culinary scenery of delectable European fare from comforting foods to the best possible and high-class European signature meals" advertised on the website. We continued to the amazing lobby in full Xmas splendour and had an excellent three-course meal for approximately half the price.
