Yes I know it is a fried poultry joint and their fried poultry and ice frosty beer is up with the very best in Siargao - but also for myself, the superstar is their Seafood and Chips. I've maintained fine dining dining places, I've consumed seafood my wholelife -and the very best seafood and chips I've eaten, ever, will be the Seafood and Chips from CFC. I'm now addicted.

With torrential rain final evening through the rainy season I wasn't going to venture directly into General Luna on the motorbike, at least I possibly could walk to CFC with umbrella overhead which seemed the safer choice. CFC was OK, We observed a lot of variants ofchicken, poultry burgers and Kiwi beef burgers on the menus, I chosen their fish & chips that was remarkably great and their tartare sauce with this island the most welcome deal with indeed. The beer could possibly be served only a tad colder plus they could do something positive about the mosquitos, either coils or insect zapping lights perhaps, but they are just nit picks, overall it had been a satisfying experience and I will frequent again.
