Simply situated at Parkmall is Cebu’s original pork belly. There's an alfresco dining region and an aircon resto to select from. They offer the initial and a spicy selection of the lechon belly. This is very easy to get in Parkmall. Aside from lechonthere may also be other vianda to pick from. And oh don’t forget that puso rice is most beneficial with the lechon belly!

Try out the boneless lechon and poultry barbeque with Dinuguan. Lechon got its own signature flavor and the ultimate way to eat in bare fingers with "puso "Hanging Rice". The area is ok and inexpensive.

Undoubtedly the yummiest lechon I've ever eaten and simply by that I had sampled several lechon places within Cebu. They will have two outlets in Parkmall, one al fresco at the bottom floor and another, an air coned region at the next floor. The2nd flooring branch is open a day and you can purchase lechon belly slabs for takeout or even to bring house fro travel anytime (so long as you purchase at least each day before). Lechon here will come in two variants, normal and spicy and sold by the kilo (or even fraction of). It is almost always paired with puso or fist-sized hanging rice covered in leaves and ice frosty soda - just an ideal dinner! No eating utensils right here, just bare fingers but you'll get plastic gloves which means you won't touch the meals barehanded. You can find other food served right here but needless to say, the lechon may be the star of the place.

This is among the best tasting lechon around. It is possible to just order an individual set of food for 1 or you can even order on the per kilo choices. On the Meal choice, you should have 100 grams of lechon that arrives with2 puso (hanging rice) that's for Php 95.00 or Php 105.00 for the spicy lechon. If you don't like their Al Fresco Set-up, it is possible to proceed upstairs for a far more shut and quiet region. The food was excellent. Also the beef stew has been very tasty also it had plenty of beef inside. The only downside may be the alfresco dining. It had been very hot whenever we came. You need to ward off flies aswell. But food wasvery great.

Your skin is crispy, and the meat is quite very juicy. I really like their spicy edition and the setting you need to use your fingers to eat. The hanging rice (puso) is quality aswell but we was hoping that yjey maintain it warmregardless of that time period. Nonetheless i'll keep coming back here everytime im within cebu
