Initially I was listening to how this location had fantastic locally made Italian cheese but unremarkable meals... The truth is the food is simply as good because the cheese!! Italian classics such as for example porchetta, caponata and pasta amatriciana are usually rustic and a delight! Great valuewine selection aswell. Chef/owner Isabel ensures everything is amazing so when authentically Italian you will get in the Philippines!

I simply visited this lovely Italian resto deli in Bacolod, Negros Island, Philippines in the suggestion of a pal from Manila. Our typical Bacoloneño buddy invited me with an early supper. Upon entering the area you will end up transported to small Italy in Bacolodexcept the cheese - yes, the cheese is locally-made. I purchased Bolognese with Penne pasta. We'd a cold cheese/meats platter to begin with. The beginner was appetizingly delicious! Meal is huge. My Penne in Bolognese sauce didn't disappoint me needless to say. As well as food the atmosphere is something to keep in mind this place by. I'll definitely keep coming back for more. Stunning place! Remember the food too!

I went here only to unwind coming to the area at 8:45pm. Obtained a 250ml carafe of Chanti and proscuittos and cheese. Ordered a caprese salad and shrimp and garlic with oilve essential oil. It had been la lovely simple supper.
