Located next door of Alliance Francaise, all of us decided to walk set for lunch once we didn't need to move the parked car (parking will be scarce of this type which might be an issue on busy evenings). We'd spinach ravioli, tuna carpaccio, brushetta anda pizza. All the dishes were great. Nothing fancy but great. Costs were on the top quality but still within cause. The waiters were placing a lot of focus on information (except noticing we had been drinking sparkling drinking water and kept supplying a refill of service drinking water). We shall return if in your community

A visit back again to my birth town and whilst here invariably We make an effort to include a stop by at Cafe Caruso this little Italian town cafe, nothing flash concerning the decor , only a very occupied Italian serving great foods at reasonable prices, sufficient reason for acheerful management and employees. Due to town marketplace alterations the eating place will undoubtedly be resited and I am hoping that by doing this it generally does not lose its wonderful atmosphere

I tried the Backyard Salad, Bresaola appetizer (the rich, air-dried salted beef) and the Tagliatella Tartufo pasta, every one of them were quite tasty. My friend purchased the pizza with 4 Different Types. Its smart to have the ability to enjoy four forms of pizzaserved using one plate, he treasured it. After completing off the delicious meals, we capped off the dinner by drinking a go of lemon flavoured Negroni Antica Distilleria (28% vol.) to greatly help with digestion. I love the food of the restaurant and intend to go back on following Wednesday if they have violinist to execute during dinner time.

Caruso presents the best value and service you may expect from an Italian cafe or from any type of eating place, for what that counts. The attention for selecting ingredients and selecting every dish is excellent and definitely very uncommon in Manila,where generally in most Makati dining places processed foods is widely preferred.

Dinner with friends yesterday evening. Very genuine Italian dining, pleasant environment, excellent waiting staff. Program was quick and unobtrusive. Wine checklist is great, plus beers, cocktails etc. Great looking pasta aswell.

i simply love their menu simply because real authentic italian foods, thin pizze because they should be non of this oil soaking things u get elsewehre, perfect starters imported directly from italy, plenty of excellent wines. only small coming for my taste will be the deserts whichare quite definitely on the to fairly sweet side, but thats possibly paying tribute to the filipino taste for whom it cant be fairly sweet enough.

Well, it appears like a italian eating place of 80s. the question is that probably it is a italian restaurant of 80s and since that time period never changed. Today Italian food differs and italian restaurants (the true ones) they have to be "more". Even more in quality,taste, display and care of information. The food is great, I cannot say that you head to Caruso and you also don't eat well, but is significantly less than what you expect as a result. The purchase price are high for the amount of served food, I went there several time, but I was never positively amazed.
