The restaurant is among the best in Puerto Galera. The top chef at the eating place can be Fred from Sweden but he could be definitely not a muppet. Fred's cooking food, and that of the associate chefs, is amazing! The steak can be an absolute joy and isso tender. Fred spends a lot of period beating the meats and isn't afraid to require assistance from his personnel if required. I have already been told Fred's traditional sausage can be worthy of experiencing as this can melt in the mouth area in the joyous explosion of flavor. The deserts are stunning and the apple pie provides taste of being back the united states. It's like genuine American Pie. A really exquisite Philippines dining experience
