We ordered tapas and paella negra. The paella negra really was good. The others had been mediocre. Salpicao de vaca has been quite tasty too therefore we reordered another helping but the 2nd serving wasn't as effective as the initial one. Callos wasn't anything special. The priceswere much less high however the servings were tiny so it managed to get not as reasonable.

Worth it though it is expensive (not absolutely all but some specifically the primary course and wines). The crew is actually accommodating and helpful. They provide good program. The waiting period for the meals is exactly calculated. The taste, texture and aroma of the foodis really flavorful and a different design of originality with regards to the recipe. I cannot say it's best but it's worthwhile (well worth it). The meals in the photos are usually one of the better in Bacolod specifically the beef & soup. The entire taste of the meals isn't too salty and lovely. A must visit location and a good fine dining (for supper dates, wines, cocktails & other family members events). The construction and style of the cafe is original and simple.

I tried out there a fresh restaurant on my final visit to Bacolod. My close friends brought me right here to use their Spanish foods. The area was nice, clear and bright with today's touch. The servers appeared expert enough and were very attentive. Sadly , themain reason we went there is to sample the meals and achieved it fall toned! There simply wasn't that kick whenever we experienced their Paella Valenciana and the others was forgetful . Maybe the next time , it will be better but I'm not really holding my breath.

Foods is authentic spanish. Ambience and assistance was exquisite. When within Bacolod, you need to try this place. Strongly suggested.

Since my pal is from Manila, I made a decision to provide her at Azucarera for supper since the majority of the restos here you'll find it in Manila also. The area is cozy and clear. It’s best for household dinner, company and reunions. The meals ispricey but certainly you need to comeback for even more. Lastly, they might go a supplementary mile to appeal to their guest, concerning our experience; My girl don’t need anything from their menus and requested for something and Voila! her purchase was served. AND ALSO A for the effort! Price-$$-$$$ Ambience- 🎖🎖🎖 food service- 🎖🎖🎖🎖

Good selection of wines and tapas 👌🏻 I'm a wines lover and their selction isn’t that shabby. The service was excellent. Without doubt to the very best Spanish Eating place in Bacolod city.

We went there to celebrate my father’s birthday celebration. It was the very best dinner i’ve acquired in Bacolod up to now. The food was simply zen! From the complimentary loaf of bread they serve when you wait around... the pesto in essential olive oil and the new salsa dips instantly givesyou a hint of what’s coming. And they'll not enable you to down. We purchased paella valenciana, beef salpicao, ginger poultry, scallops alghierri, stuffed squid, beef lomo, gambas alghierri, spanish chorizo, and spanish healed ham. It’s regular to enjoy a one or two on the list of dish that people ordered. But i'd dare say they were actually all great. And after all all that people ordered actually were a delicacy to my palate. Your tastebuds would many thanks when you come right here. The ambiance is performed in good taste aswell. But all this would have attended waste if the services was bad. I'd like to consider this time to provide a fist bump to all or any the staff who have been serving that night! After all i’ve never experienced this type of good service within Bacolod because they have showed. Plus they demonstrated it to all or any the customers. These were quite attentive and patient once you pick out orders, they assist all the food round the same period while they’re still hot. And they give the feeling that they’re happy getting you as their clients. That’s uncommon. Props to the administration for being in a position to draw this all off! Definitely gonna be considered a regular right here! Oh btw, your wine was great too!

this restaurant isn't on the primary road---but dont mind the positioning because the food sure is good. we patronized the primary branch in boracay during the past and was amazed that bacolod branch was equally as good. will be back
