We attained 8pm. There have been 3 tables of customers. Nevertheless the buffet was fifty percent empty no effort was designed to refill during our period there despite two even more tables of customers arriving. Most meals was cool. We visit the location as we have become starving but what I've observed food is nearly out? and they also bother to refill it? I don't actually know what is being conducted with the Restaurant. Concerning the food here, virtually all food are typical Filipinodishes like Adobo, Sinigang, Pinakbet, Kate kare, pancit, piniritong isda, inihaw na isda, Lechon Baboy, Salad for individuals who got Diabetis and High Blood you cn discover fresh salad gere no issue, also they will have ginataan kuhol, fried kangkong, fried rice, and all steam veggie, also they will have Mierinda like spaghetti, Sopas, ligaw, ginataan bilo bilo therefore a great many other food I cant point out o many and when you are searching for halo halo don't get worried they here. But just therefore dissapointed whenever we came right here and almost food aren't on the table that's really suck.

I came here thinking it will be the same food knowledge as the one inside Makati. I was just a little dissatisfied in the buffet choice and preparation. Flavor was ok, expecting much better since their speciality may be the local cuisine. Tables were the plentiful, but leftno space for motion. Felt like consuming with the group close to us. Service was good.

The food selection is actually strongly suggested for foreign tourists that are searching for a taste of the neighborhood cuisine. Nicer if their kare kare has plenty of vegetables and meats and not just plenty of sauce. However the selection of vegetables inthe choice is great. Tom, among the waiters, will be talkative and I appreciate friendliness in a discussion with working staff that is evident he into keeping the clients happy even the task itself is quite demanding. But among Tom's colleague provided my sisig to someone else by mistake that is kinda disappointing.

We stayed inside the restaurant for just two hours looking forward to the buffet to end up being replenished-but we waited inside vain. If you're likely to show foreigners the very best eating place in Pampanga, Cabalen is certainly NOT THE PLACE. Sorry for writing an assessment here since there is no web page for cabalen SM cabanatuan. Actually they will have a nice collection of food have the average flavor but you have to wait quite a while before they replenish the meals the staff had not been welcomingI experience that I have to beg them merely to replenish the foods I'd like. Very disappointing 😭

Cabalen caters typical Filipino dishes such as lechon, sisig bangus, pinakbet, adobo amongst others and meals for merienda such as gulaman, suman, ginataang munggo and lovely potato "kinalte" etc. At an acceptable 367 pesos per individual tag for a buffet dinner, this is not poor. Don't expecta fine eating though, this ain't for you personally. I enjoy the sensibility of the Staffs when my 5 year older kid refuse the fried poultry they served and desires instead a fried poultry from Chowking. My child isn't feeling well at that time and for that reason became choosy. Therefore the employees allowed my demand to create in fried poultry from another store therefore my boy can eat, thanks a lot for understanding Cabalen Employees, you did a very important thing.
