Several different dishes to use from the assorted pork, to soups to poultry, the fish was dry out and disappointing. The pork meals were excellent including one made out of blood a dark dark. The salads were excellent I had no concept what they werebut excellent taste. The deserts were like custards plus they had watermelon. That they had the mango and watermelon beverages. Great place for somebody who is quite hungry. Price was higher because it was whatever you can eat.

There are several grreat oferings at Cabalen including weird local offerings like fried locusts, so it's an interesting spot to dine to obtain a flavour for Filipino cuisine. The meals on the buffet, nevertheless, appeared to have already been seated there for too much time, soit was not warm and the textures acquired altered, which instead detracts from the pleasure of sampling traditional regional fayre.

Therefore many dishes and just about all very delicious. I loved mussels, pork adobo, chicken meals, so many fish meals they will have their Filipino title . The salad bar had been great. Then the acquired Filipino deserts, chocolate dip tower, and fruit. It was filled with peoplethe set cost is very reasonable for all your food it is possible to eat. I also saw backpackers. For ways to try the Philippine Cuisine this is actually the place.

This is among the buffet type restaurants that I could say that you will get what you covered. Their buffet was just 350 and I believe the majority of the food had been okay, some are great but only maybe simply 2-3 dishes.

Emerged here for a genuine Filipino buffet on the final night of our visit to try some meals we hadn't found somewhere else yet, and we enjoyed them at that time... but the following day both folks were unwell and had poor stomachs.... Maybeit was out of this place but not. The food tasted great though and the employees were friendly!
