Several different dishes to use from the assorted pork, to soups to poultry, the fish was dry out and disappointing. The pork meals were excellent including one made out of blood a dark dark. The salads were excellent I had no concept what they werebut excellent taste. The deserts were like custards plus they had watermelon. That they had the mango and watermelon beverages. Great place for somebody who is quite hungry. Price was higher because it was whatever you can eat.

There are several grreat oferings at Cabalen including weird local offerings like fried locusts, so it's an interesting spot to dine to obtain a flavour for Filipino cuisine. The meals on the buffet, nevertheless, appeared to have already been seated there for too much time, soit was not warm and the textures acquired altered, which instead detracts from the pleasure of sampling traditional regional fayre.
