Roadside, hole-in-the-wall kind of place recommended simply by LP and my resort (however, regardless of the location, this is simply not particularly cheap - 250 for the dish). Bulalo Plaza focuses on bulalo, the filipino delicacy. Our bulalo was included with no bone marrow (the essence of bulalo), no meats (the essence of bulalo, aswell)! We'd a dialogue with the supervisor, who informed us that there is no bone marrow availableat the marketplace this day, plus they didn't charge our meal.
