Friends and We came at 7:30pm for supper. The show was good but the evening was ruined by horrible service. By 8:30pm the buffet was mainly gone and none of the employees were ready to refill on the salad bar, fruits and deserts although halfof the eating place was still complete. At 8:45pm the lighting were shut down although there’s still individuals including our desk eating. Whenever we complained we were told sorry without solution. We questioned to talk with the manager however the employees overlooked us. Highly disappointing specifically given the hefty cost (2500 peso/supper) which in comparison to other dining places at 1600 in comparable places - that is ridiculous. Additional disappointing with all this is section of shangrila resort where we expected much better service and high quality. Not a restaurant I would suggest.

Of all the dining places at the mactan shangri una, we liked Buko bar probably the most, actually though it’s probably the most casual cafe and outside close to the swimming pool, it was probably the most satisfying of the nicer looking dining places at the hotel. The halo halois simply incredible. They just ensure it is so well right here. The appetiser seafood and chips is indeed plentiful and properly breaded and fried. The aioli that is included with the calamari is indeed good. Skip the poultry wrap as it’s not really unforgettable. The burger is merely okay. But Their halo halo had been a highlight of my vacation and I needed it there each day!

Ok to begin with your menus is horrible in the event that you can’t notice that you will need a new supervisor..... I saw at the very least 6 families appearance at your menus and keep. We tried it two times while residing at the resort your burger was probably among theworst I possess ever had it mentioned the bun has been grilled and was included with avocado. It arrived with an extremely nice bun nonetheless it was far from actually touching a grill the meats was excellent I ate that. the rest had been disappointing... thinly sliced tomatoes that simply looked old rather than avocado but old dark brown guacamole no pickles onions or whatever could in fact make a good burger just plain bad execution. The calamari has been hard and overcooked fries had been the highlight of our food. The next time provider was painfully gradual we got beverages and seafood and chips nothing difficult to do... this location really needs some concentrate from the chef and administration probably the worst component of residing at this beautiful resort.

The service and food quality is outstanding! While basking beneath the sunlight, we purchased fruit shakes plus some ice lotion which refreshed us. The program was fast and clean.

We'd drinks and foods by the pool. Quick and effective. We tried seated at the Bar for meals nonetheless it gets too warm. So we choose to sit down by the swimming pool instead and also have our meal.

Lunch staff were pretty friendly and selections for lunch were great and reasonable priced. We furthermore visited on Monday night when it's a buffet with dancers, the staff weren't as attentive on the buffet night time, perhaps these were too occupied, I furthermore thoughtthe buffet choice not a lot of, a little disappointing really, but due to the lunches I do price Buko Bar as excellent

1) Great service. 2) Very accommodating personnel. and 3) Quality meals and wine! 🍴 Orders suggested: Quattro Formaggio pizza, Mediterranean salad, Tajarina al Ragu pasta and Marinara pasta! For dessert, the tiramisu. ☺️☺️☺️ Us enjoyed the dining knowledge. 👌🏼

Terrible beer selection - just a couple bland, uninteresting mass-market lagers. They suggested me to try the primary (lobby) bar rather, but that has been even worse. Shangri-La hotels was previously excellent F&B selectors and frequently featured interesting local items, but it appears nomore. Philippines now includes a good collection of craft brews, which includes from Cebu’s own Switching Wheels. Maybe with a bit more effort & attention, Shangri-Una could number this out.
