We tried the poultry salad, some toasted loaf of bread with salmon and an array of sausages. The meals was good. Service wonderful and helpful. Staff pleasant. Venue beautiful. It’s a little more expensive than various other similar restaurants however the whole experience is good

My husband and I visited eat here in the night time of the 16th July. Both of us ordered different dishes. Another morning we BOTH experienced terrible abdomen cramps and pains, diarrhea, and vomiting, plus a higher fever and weakness. I called therestaurant 3 days later as just then did I've the strength to take action. I spoke with a supervisor who was simply very sympathetic if you ask me and said she'd pass my details to the region and district supervisors. She also took my deal with. I did so not hear anything back again at all. Then i stopped by 2 times later to check out up and the individual on duty in control was very much much less apologetic and got my amount again to forwards on. 2 days afterwards and still nothing. The neighbour of ours also ate there a couple of days ago and suffered a tummy ache too. Extremely concerned that other folks may suffer like we did, and the complete situation has been handled terribly. USUALLY DO NOT EAT Right here!!! I am very worried at the amount of hygiene as of this restaurant.

First I'd like to emphasize that I'm regular client at Brotzeit BGC branch. This time, I visited Brotzeit BGC specifically to really have the Rosti. 1. After ordering 1 purchase of Rosti, the waiter returned after 10 moments to inform me thatthere has been no eggs in your kitchen (??!) and that my purchase was canceled. How do a restaurant become out of eggs if you find a supermarket several meters away (Rustan)? 2. After getting the expenses, I noticed the rosti has already been charged on the costs and that the waiter didn't remove it as a result. I known as a waitress to obtain it rectify, no apologies. It appeared like it was not just a big deal in their mind to attempt to overcharge a customer. 3. I emailed Brotzeit at 2 different e-mail addresses to deliver them my feedback to allow them to improve. Obtained no replies in 14 days. It seems if you ask me that there is a genuine insufficient professionalism in this eating place and an extremely urgent have to retrain the employees. Good service is really a basic requirement of a restaurant, not just a luxury. Also, the truth that nobody replied to a dissatisfied consumer should alarm the bigger management.

This place has german beer delivered from Germany. It's fresher. I'd state it's fresher than if we purchased it from Germany to your house in america. I notice some locals not worked up about food, they simply don't get it. It isn't about food.We lived inside Frankfurt and We rarely would head to eat inside a German cafe. Why? They have excellent Mama Kim and Bombay dining places. The food is merely an add-on to the fantastic beer. Because the pandemic started they will have a limited selection, but still excellent and freshly shipped beer. Are you aware that food, quite often it's oversalted for me personally. But combined with beer this is just what a lot of people in Europe want. Service is helpful. In the event that you leave your quantity you'll get points and special discounts every once in awhile.

I just got out there of quarantine and the city just allowed dining places to open. This is my first go to and certainly not the final. Shared a plate with several various wursts with a colleague. Nice beer alongside it. One remark will be that not really allbeer options were accessible, potentially because of the fact that it simply reopened. Very first, they didn’t have many of the beverages I needed to purchase from the menu. After that we ordered a veal Wiener Schnitzel, and a sausage platter for just two. The meals came after around 25 a few minutes. The sausage platter has been partly ok, nevertheless, the Bavarian „Weißwurst“(whitened sausage) on the platter had been dried out and had no flavor at all. The therefore called „Wiener Schnitzel“ of veal was a badly breaded, patchy, fatty little bit of dark, dry out meat (veal is white!), completely tasteless , aside from the aroma of rancid frying essential oil. Important thing: neither meals nor Ambiente sometimes remotely met some of our expectations at all and we'll definitely not keep coming back. No German would consume this foods without complaining.

We had a small business conference yesterday with litigant. I like the area and specifically the beers, the flavor of the meals was good but most of us finished up having bad belly all night. We all had exactly the same problem (5 people) I’m sad becauseI such as this chain but possibly I will not return back again.

we made a decision to try have lunch time in Brotzeit since its in a nearby and we have been missing foods from our 2nd home in Europe. -the staffs are helpful, it was not hectic at all therefore the order came fairly faster than we've expected. -thefood we ordered weren't what we've expected though. the W.schnitzel was the worst type of Wiener schnitzel ive tasted. try helping that in Vienna Austria, that wiener schnitzel was from a vintage meat in all honesty. -2 folks who ate that W.S. got stomachache. -if you browse the testimonials of the eating place not too bad thats why we tried but really finished up very dissatisfied. or were we simply unlucky that day?

I had the glass of Goulash Soup & the Grilled Pork Sausages w/ masked potatoes & sauerkraut for an entrée. Needless to say a German beer Hefeweibler to clean it down. It had been fairly active on a Tuesday nite, however the service was good. What canI say?! Everything was fabulous! I’ll certainly be back again to try other products! Nothing beats authentic German cuisine.

A great collection of genuine German beers can be found here rather than unreasonably prices considering that this is portion of the 5 star Shangri-Una Fort hotel. The schnitzel I had was great and my friends meals of sausages and fish were good too. Decent serviceand a good location Recommended
