The view of the ocean here's stunning and the area is ideal. Open air and incredibly cozy, this restaurant acts seafood for cooking plus some ready prepared meals. The food tastes excellent and I must say i enjoyed it. This is my second period after severalyears and I loved it in so far as i did before.

We had an excellent lunch time at Breakthrough yesterday as well as family and friends. The sisig and the Dinuguan had been the best that people ate during our stay static in Iloilo and the seafood dishes were appreciated by everyone at our desk. I should also talk about thatthe lechon was excellent. The habit of over-cooking the flavour and nutrition out of these menu items = poor news! I'm glad to note that others felt exactly the same because, regardless of how ignorant people price it, it's to end up being tested against world-wide seafood areas. Which one isa stinker. The deep-friend poultry totally dry out and tasteless. Salty disgusting 'soup.' Steamed kangkong that has been so hard and chewy, so tasteless, tooth-sticker crap. The other dishes are simply as dreadful, and appearance horrid as well. Hard to find an excellent seafood resto inside the city area: a minumum of one poisoned people; another has been oily and tasteless; another with torn outdated menus; another heavy sticky sauces that obtain everywhere and doesn't adequately conceal the horrible overcooked mess that it had been. This restaurant is really a local favorite, but I really do not like that their food is terribly overcooked. Standard practice would be to overcook the food, depart it on the counter, and serve it area temperature... but that's Filipino cooking, therefore the locals like it.The meals is mediocre, the service is terribly slow. *The great - The ambience is excellent, and it has a good watch of the (mediocre) shore. This is a good location to go out, enjoy the see, and also have a few beverages. I'd just rather eat someplace else.
