Let me start my review by stating that Bonchon is among our head to places for fast eats. However, i want to just talk about to all or any of you our not good experience especially with this branch... Me and my partner were currently dissappointedsince they didn't issue us the receipt also it took forever for the order to reach. We currently called the attention of 1 of the staff working and made a follow-up. The reason why he gave us had been that there is a mixed up plus they serve our purchase to some other customer. That personnel politely apologized to us so we didn't produced a big deal from it anymore since it very understandable that those sort of things happen every once in awhile. So following a few more a few minutes of waiting, our meals finally arrived. We currently forgave them concerning the prior blunder and just allow it slide since we had been already hungry. But, do you know what? First bite on the poultry fries and we see a bit of plastic protruding �. We instantly called the eye of Mr. Eric, the supervisor, and demonstrated him the little bit of poultry fries with the plastic material sticking out. He instantly apologized, and offered us complimentary desserts which we valued. It really is an isolated situation but I really do hope it'll never happened any more. Sanitation should be a concern for any dining places and fastfood chains.
