Blugre' Coffee is really a popular cafe inside Davao Town, the hometown of the existing President of the Philippines. I haven't noticed any branches in Metro Manila therefore it arrived as a nice surprise to see that one in Taytay. We believed their espresso andiced tea were great. I also attempted their tuna melt sandwich also it was good, as well. The prices tend to be more like Figaro than Starbucks plus they do involve some unique products on the menus featuring generally durian. I believe the service is great though they're a bit gradual to get ready our orders. We believed that was likely because of their being new therefore there's definitely space for improvement. We shall definitely be back again for more espresso, tea and merienda. Probably next time we shall try their other foods. Its best for meetings and maybe a break from any office. Only lately opened however now enjoys a significant crowd specifically municipal hall workers and visitors.

It is a well know make of restaurant in Mindanao. I purchased espresso jelly. It's okay. It is possible to clearly flavor the espresso. The jelly has been very disappointing, it's soggy. Not really chewy. The atmosphere of the shop is great. The servers and baristas are usually polite.

The ambiance is indeed good.. relaxing! The coffee taste good and I wish to go there weekly for the coffee. They will have Durian Coffee.

Situated near Golf club Manila East and the brand new Taytay Municipal Hall, Blugre Espresso may be the iconic Davao restaurant known for its usage of durian in the meals and drinks. Since its establishment in 1998, it has were able to weather your competition from the biggercoffee stores and has launched a small number of branches outside Davao. We was excited to use something new therefore i ordered their signature Durian Coffeeccino (high, ₱160) and a crimson velvet cake (₱135). Their cake display looked instead lonely. Hahaha Now, the espresso itself: I have not really attempted the durian fruit itself but I've tried durian-structured sweets. The durian taste in the espresso was great. But my biggest issue was the espresso itself -- when it had been served if you ask me, I didn't scent any aroma of a freshly-ground coffee. So when I lastly tasted it, it lacked boldness of taste -- parang 3-in-1 quick espresso lang. And I don't drink instant espresso anymore because it can make me queasy -- that's what I felt specifically at that time. Nakaka-disappoint. :( The red velvet cake tasted pretty old. However the espresso is usually what deflated my exhilaration. Kaya pala siguro ang bilis na sinerve sa akin (apart from the cafe not really having plenty of customers at that time). For ₱160, I sensed cheated. Mas okay pa City Blends espresso ng 7-11 eh, ₱30 lang at freshly ground pa. If they're touting that their espresso is a world-course one, I question what kind of espresso they use. It tasted as well sweet and artificial, as the coffee bottom itself tasted toned. I've read someplace that Blugre has programs to open branches abroad. Should they do, I wish they won't serve this sort of coffee. I took my cup out there and threw it apart. Sayang, the interiors and atmosphere were beautiful pa naman, so one star simply for them.

Yes!!! Davao’s well-known Blugré Café in Taytay, Rizal, right next to the Municipal Hall of Taytay. The very best Durian Coffeeccino and pair it with the very best cheesecake - Durian Cheesecake. Wow!!!
