We came here for the Coffee Appreciation Class they were hosting that point. It had been every 1st Saturday of the 30 days. The first impact i experienced with this coffee home was that "Why can you pair espresso with Sinigang(Filipino soup/stew with tamarind broth)?" Theyserve tasty affordable meal and speciality espresso privately. (Just require Sarah "the dog owner" to brew you the espresso.) Place is small nearly crowded aswell, with displays of textbooks and artworks and areas to lease for a brief stay. People mainly who do research and research or whatever functions are what you'd discover within the afternoon plus some couples on a romantic date or band of friends for supper. They will have outdoor seating as well. A usual modern-Filipino home setting would summarize everything.

i usually visit Bintana each time i'm in Cebu. i really like the ambiance, the meals, the drinks, that small part of a bookshelf.. the people, the positioning.

There's not just a local of locally possessed coffee shop that acts and brews local espresso. That is my usual head to place when I'd like espresso from the mountains of Cordillera. I fulfilled the owner maybe once or twice and Sara is quite friendly. Ialways purchase the pork chop, as well. It reminds me of my university days. Affordable and wifi is quick. Haha!
