The secret to a superb seafood dish is only using the freshest catch of your day. Unfortunately, in Large Catch restaurant situated in the Huge J substance in Ozamis, they utilized frozen seafood which explains why my first period to consume in this eating place wasn'tas fun when i expected it to end up being. Not the special sauces they added assisted in improving the laundry that we purchased. There was hardly any "wow!" factor. The crab with Big Catch special sauce and the shrimp with garlic butter sauce were disappointing as the meat had a unique texture that resulted from freezing. The Big Capture special sauce had not been as good when compared to Alavar sauce found in Alavar Seafood Eating place in Zamboanga. What sort of shrimp with garlic butter had been cooked also failed compared to the people served in dining places in Seaside Macapagal or in Tiongson Arcade in Gensan. Their sizzling squid adobo furthermore wasn't memorable. Probably the most disappointing for me has been the blackened tuna since it wasn't prepared what sort of blackened tuna ought to be cooked: protected with paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cumin, pepper and cayenne pepper and cooked uncommon. The one offered to us in Big Capture was overcooked and simply lacked the tastes that the one offered in Big Ben Steaks & Grills in Gensan acquired. It had been really bad. I'm giving my honest viewpoint because I understand that Big Catch includes a potential to be much better. Maybe their chefs ought to be exposed even more to other seafood dining places around the Philippines to allow them to learn how good seafood could be if the proper flavors were used. I'd also suggest using new seafood just because that could spell plenty of difference with their dishes. On the upside, dining in Big Catch was very reasonable. We only compensated P970 for all your seafood dishes we purchased for four people. The restaurant also offers a soothing ambiance and there's also live life singers to entertain the diners.
