Bari-Uma serves a fairly decent Ajitama-Uma(P380). The pork flavored shoyu had been flavorful also it had an excellent size of thick reduce grilled chashu and flavored egg. I at first tasted simply the broth and pointed out that adding the blended paste of garlic, sesame, and chili didvery small to improve its flavor. It had been the add-on of chili powder that basically made a difference. I would need to say that We wasn’t happy with the gyoza (P190 for 5 pcs. P360 for 10 pcs.). Personally, i think it was much less juicy and flavorful because the types offered in Mendokoro. The demonstration was good however the taste didn’t satisfy my expectation. Service inside Bari-Uma Ayala Cebu has been fast and thebstaff were great. The dishes are affordable considering how filling these were.
