Staying not far from for a period enabled me to come back to the restaurant on several events. For me personally the standout meals were the Basic Penne Cabonara, Pici and Fagottini. The staff were always attentive and friendly. The premises had been clean and nicely presentedbut lacking restroom amenities. If you like an excellent pasta meal every once in awhile I highly recommend a trip to Bar Centrale!

No problems with food. Was alright making use of their pasta and major course food aside from some who experienced the carbonara that was as well salty. And the purchase price....... needs to be relooked, as well pricey for the number server. Additional Italian resto was a lot more affordable.

This place was a good surprise! We'd Cesar salad also it was excellent. The pasta with prawn has been very unforgettable and pork chops had been also good. Ambience has been very chic. Espresso was also great.

Nice spot to relax over lunch. Clean, well-designed interiors. Can get complete quickly at rush hr because of its small size. I recommend the dark ink pasta and fettuccine ragu. Meal is small but flavor accocunts for for it. Beef lasagna is way better valuefor money. Large size with a lot of creamy sauce. They got a brief dessert menu. Tried the tiramisu as soon as and wasn’t disappointed. Been here 2x, and I don’t mind returning for more.

AMBIENCE - 4/5 Small joint in main Makati location. Nice, contemporary decor. Not ideal for business settings (apart from quick lunch). FOOD - 3.5/5 We'd dinner there. Limited menus. Authentic imported healed meats and cheese components, well executed. Appetizer - Burrata with Parma hamand tomatoes. Excellent, only gripe was using cheaper Roma tomatoes blended into halved (??) cherry tomatoes. Surely cherry tomatoes could have added significantly less than US 20 cents to the price? Pasta - Squid ink with small chunks of tender succulent squid. Al dente. Perfecto 2nd Platti - Poultry Parmigiana. Breaded, just completed, steam releases when lower open. Moist cheesy internal. Again, Perfecto. Dessert - Tiramisu. A large miss. Trace levels of mascarpone, if any. Infused in cheap coffee not really espresso. I have to deduct one superstar for this turkey. SERVICE - 5/5 Excellent. Friendly and attentive AFFORDABILITY - 4/5 Reasonable. The imported things probably price an arm and leg. OVERALL CONCLUSION - 4/5 Some kinks to work through. Is actually a great little eating place. My advice in their mind - Charge several pesos more you should. But dont skimp on the tiny stuff.
