Pretty sure the very best pork sisig(sizzling pork meat) within El Nido and something the best I’ve actually tasted. The flavour will be well balanced with the garlic Mayo that Chef BJ blended and the chili pepper. Must try when going to El Nido. I visited bar 147 for many times and feel just like they dealt with me as loved ones and generally welcome.
