Try out the Liempo (pork belly) and the roasted poultry. Its really a champion. The liver sauce will be refreshing and unlike the bottled types you get in the supermarket.

The lechon manok (a complete chicken roasted over coals) and liempo (pork belly) may be the iconic, signature dish of the takeout grills. Baliwag provides spawned a horde of copycats and contains catered to the Filipino's like of grilled meats because the early 80's. They will have,much to numerous Filipino's delight, began to set up dine-in restaurants aswell. We have attempted the main one in Visayas Avenue. It's big and properly organized. The staff are effective and courteous. Prepare to overlook your diet plans and order additional rice. The poultry is perfectly grilled-just hook hint of crunchiness on your skin, and juicy, juicy meats inside. The liempo will be, heavenly. No other phrases needed. A good place to begin a gustatory trip of the Philippines.

Did not find out this is a chain however the one I has been in across from Mega Mall had been excellent. Nothing fancy but simply good rotisserie food. Poultry was great furthermore porc and squid. Great staff. GREAT VALUE
