In the airport, this is actually the better choice than Zubuchon. The meats is tastier in comparison to Zubu and in fact smells like lechon. 3 x I've consumed at the Zubuchon airport terminal branch and their lechon wasn't really tasty, therefore i simply dipped it in vinegar andadded chicharon. Even though skin of Ayer's lechon isn't crispy anymore (when I purchased in the afternoon).
