In the airport, this is actually the better choice than Zubuchon. The meats is tastier in comparison to Zubu and in fact smells like lechon. 3 x I've consumed at the Zubuchon airport terminal branch and their lechon wasn't really tasty, therefore i simply dipped it in vinegar andadded chicharon. Even though skin of Ayer's lechon isn't crispy anymore (when I purchased in the afternoon). This is recommended if you are in the airport and would like to have your last fix of lechon or remove it before leaving.

My dad loves ayer's lechon! Sufficient reason for that, I'm loving it aswell. their lechon is definitely tasty! partnered it making use of their Dinuguan! therefore yummy!! Among the best restaurants within Cebu!
