A sublime, intimate eating experience waiting around to amaze. From the appetizer of lamb skewers, I knew this might be worth remembering. The ultimate course was the Steak Katsu, that was the truth unto itself. I don’t know very well what fevered stroke of brilliance birthed this recipe, a joyful accident or perhaps a glimpse of the sublime, but this I could say: I am coming back. I'm trying even more of the menus. And I'm bringing friends. I am hoping you do too.
