I had lunch on the Sunday. Nobody provided me the menus until I questioned for it. I QUICKLY ordered the set menus with Beef steak. The steak had been very tough and filled with nerves, I couldn't chew it. I educated the waiter and he onlysaid "Sorry sir" and that is it. He didn't provide a replacement like the majority of of the dining places would perform. The steak got no sauce so when I inquired the waiter he mentioned: "you may use the olive essential oil up for grabs". The waiter was putting on shoes like in the army, I missed it appropriate in an excellent dining restaurant. I purchased Creme Brulee as dessert and the helping was just 2 mm high even though price was P350...very disappointing. They function the meals in native wood plates and bowls as being a canteen in the province. All-in-all I could say that I'll not return back and I furthermore don't suggest it. This restaurant can't ever earn a Michelin celebrity, not in his dreams.

Band of 4 pax. Really disappointed. When we known as for reservation, the individual that answered didn't inform us that there is no 50 day dried out aged steak available (that was exactly why we went). Therefore we ended up purchasing 3 steak course(1vivanda ribeye steak, 2 angus ribeye) and a duck breasts meal plus some cheese, cured meats, 3 cups of house wines and finished up w a expenses of P17k+++ To add, the area smelled like color thinner as there is some type of renovation about going next door.

Remember Michelin celebrities don't journey with the Chef and so are notched on the cafe so this bistro could be no where close to those claims. Viewing the bang of a focus on the exotic cheese cart and the big cuts of beef, I'm left tosay that resto does not have legs. I have already been there 4 periods and I discover the services wanting and the meals absence luster. What they prosper however are usually potatoes, and that arrives overflowing. It's high point may be the operate bar overlooking the road and it is dog friendly if you desire to much and nosh Vivanda may be the right choice....but also for spending that kind of money go nearby to the restos as well as the vintage french bistro virtually across it for the proper vibe, price and assistance. Also its a discomfort to visit restroom by way of a steep spiral staircase. Sorry but We tried.....

Unlike another reviewers, I loved dinner here. The Viña Pomal suggested by our waiter has been dried out and full-bodied, as he stated it might be. The thinly sliced beef, jamon iberico de bellota and cheese choice kept us fascinated while we out the main one hourpreparation period of our steak. Once the Holstein beef lastly arrived, it had been impressive, enough for 5 people really. It had been tender and delicious--well worth every peso. The banana and chocolates ice lotion dessert was nice surprise and an ideal cap to the night. The only tweak I would suggest may be better potatoes. Are you aware that place, it had been not fine dining nonetheless it was comfy. The staff was useful, quick and knowledgeable. I'd love to return back.

The meals is good. I believe the steaks are when i feel overpriced . Specifically given the setup of the restaurant. Assistance was more after that satisfactory . However have no idea yet easily will go to the place for another time.

La Vivanda steak by itself is great in rare. Demonstration is boring, has a little salad. The gambas appetizer can be excellent, good part it can currently be ulam. French breads is common, butter on demand or the waiter forgot. Service must improve, there must be at the very least 3 upstairs. Don't decorate it is a smart informal place rather than fine dining. House burgandy or merlot wine is very good actually we'd a bottle (2015). Dim the lamps, some candles, some plants and it could be a "date" restaurant. I dropped the steak pic.

We had dinner another time and energy to confirm our 1st not good experience. The next one didn't get much better. Good but regular meats. Unhygienic and unsanitary wood plates filled with knives cut (at the mercy of bacteria). So-therefore sidings of varied potatoes quality recipes andaverage dessert. Services is poor as foods isn't served to all simultaneously and plates are usually cleared although some guests are still consuming. Homemade ketchup is great. We will not return back but rather try other dining places with steaks specialty

Atelier Vivanda is an excellent place to head to. Good ambiance, excellent food, excellent support. Their steaks are great especially, so can be their desserts. Value for money

I'm not a large steak eater, but We come right here for the seared tuna, cheeses, and all of the potato side dishes. Good collection of wine too. I love the outdoor bar region - airy and calming ambience. Service team is great too.

Stopped here since they have an excellent patio to sit down and people view around Burgos. The menus while small, looked great. The challenge really was around service - it had been painfully sluggish- we had been the only real table outside, and just two tables inside and wewere usually looking to get a servers interest for food \ drinks obtain the bill. They simply never paid interest. The food was okay. The flatbread with shrimp had not been good. General would find some location else to hold out unfortunately since it looked to possess great potential.
