I saw Apartment 1B by chance. In no way knew it had been a restaurant. The meals was excellent. Yes it isn't cheap as it isn't said to be cheap fast food. The presentation and the taste was exquisite. I got the beef rib with mashed potatoes asthe major program and spicy fried squid because the starter. I'd definitely go once again when I get back to Manila. It's not advertised and therefore may not be popular outside the regular clientele.

We had the corned beef breakfast. Think it’s great. Could have been better when there is free espresso refill. The ambience has been good plus they accepted reservation however, not necessary once we have the area ourselves.

The restaurant closes at 7 at night, forcing us with an early dinner. 2nd floor seating does not have any guests during that period it felt like we've the whole location for ourselves.
