Service at Amber has been good & food has been served quick. Their flagship Pancit Malabon had not been impressive, I'll still choose Dolor's or Tunay na Pancit Malabon as well as Aristocrat's. You can't fault amber for doing that with their spaghetti / the youngsters and the help think it’s great ! We ordered for shipping from Ambers Makati yesterday once we haven't eaten their Pancit Malabon for approximately 6 months now because of the lockdown. We purchased their Pancit Malabon , Seafood Fillet with Tartar Sauce, Lumpia and barbeque. Unfortunately, the food was really salty andit has dropped the taste that made us like Amber's before. Furthermore, the lumpia tasted like extenders also it was undercooked. Hopefully, they obtain groove back therefore the taste of these food would improve.
