Amare Una Cucina is crucial visit when planing a trip to Baguio City therefore i was glad to visit a brand-new branch opened inside Metro Manila. It’s situated in Kapitolyo (East Capitol Generate) just over the church and close to Silantro (another popular eating place). We ordered thewood fired pizza: Ragu Bolognese. The crust was slim and chewy and the toppings has been saucy but didn't create the crust soggy. I really like the hint of oregano. We also ordered well known here: the wooden fired ribs. Though it had been a tad overdone this time around, the meat was nevertheless succulent and the marinade/sauce was excellent. Essential try!

Ordered food here for lunch time. We had a huge pizza - cheese- which most of us shared. The pasta though has been everyone’s main course. Many of us purchased the Wagyu beef pasta, in additional virgin essential olive oil. I got this too , selecting linguini as thepasta (you can select - spaghetti, linguini, etc). The serving was a touch too much for me. Had been expecting the pasta to end up being some type of aglio olio but rather it had been kindda creamy and tomato structured. I would have already been happier if there is more meat inside it. I barely tasted the wagyu ☹️ . But there is so very much pasta! Oh well...

Definitely stoked to get a Manila branch of the Baguio classic. The pizzas and pastas are worth the go to. The dough is great, and they use top quality elements in all of these dishes. Test the quattro formaggi or the margherita pizza, it isexcellent.

Great environment and ambiance, pleasant staff, & most importantly, terrific foods!
