Last saturday we visited Alba for the buffet. The meals was cold not really pleasent so we inquired to choose the Ala Carte Menus and ordered paella. Once the food came it had been dry and trapped to the pan. We once again complained and whenpayimg the expenses the waiter Paul.threw the cash back at us. Total disgusting would provide this a nil ranking.

Considering the ala Carte menus, we decided to get the buffet lunch time. At P 695 per person, it had been very reasonable considering that they had salads, greens, lechon, crispy pata, paella, lengua, among others. The lengua was esp Italy good. Worth time for.

This place has been operating because the 50s. Superb paellas, cochinillo to die for and savory callos. They have even their very own deli. Waiters are usually well trained, excellent assistance. An institution.

Some friends took us to Alba Restaurante whenever we were in Muntinlupa in April. They stated this location has been there permanently and the food is great The decor was fascinating. We'd the buffet, offering their delicious paella. Service was very good aswell.

Had not been very hungry therefore wantes just tapas Excellent tapas indeed The tables and chair are “rustic” and may be maintained better. With that said the home wine is good therefore is the tapas Did not choose the buffet since i have wasnot that starving, but should come back for the buffet

Colleague recommended the cafe as 'best inside Philippines'. Wouldn't normally rate it so extremely. Tapas was fascinating and quite genuine. Paella had not been bad. Good songs trio on 2 acoustic guitars and a dual bass. Would return.

I really like their paella. Among the best paella's around Alabang . We usually purchase paella from their website and offer it during the house parties. Thats just how much my children loves their paella. When given the opportunity we usually go now there during lunch time or dinnerbuffet. Far better call first if they have their buffet. There is also good tapas, cheese along with other food. I would point out that their buffet will probably be worth it. Did I point out how great their cochinillo? It's soooo great. Paella and Cochinillo will be soo good. Make a reservation in advance because they're usually full.

We was expecting more from the meals. We purchased 5 tapas meals and the paella. The tapas had been all a little common and we left plenty of it. The Paella has been an excellent size but quite stocky as in actually salty. It had been goodto try, a good environment but there are many other nice dining places around Westgate to use in my opinion.

Once the monster buffet spreads overwhelm you, it’s fine to consider the cozy and intimate route. Alba’s small buffet spread won't disappoint with regards to quality and range. It gets the staple favorites - paella, cochinillo, fish, poultry, pasta.... and my fave is theirappetizer choice .... deli meats, garlic-laden mussels and mushrooms. The desert buffet could be tiny, however the Canonigo is whatever you will actually want. Enjoy a cup of sangria together with your meal!

Paella is tasty but too salty. Oyster isn't available. Clam is offered with an excessive amount of garlic. Nevertheless we just like the prepared vegetables and bread.
