When craving for hams, chorizos, paella, lechon cochinillo and canonigos, and everything Spanish, you won't fail with Alba. They have even a deli bar. Their Jamon de Serrano is great.

For P795 an individual (they still had a BDO promo of Buy 1 and Get 1 but this not necessarily ongoing) this a good deal for a buffet with high quality choices. Although there isn't plenty of choices probably around 10 meals excluding desert, salad and soup the product quality for the cost is excellent. They will have lengua, paella, lechon, calleos, sisig that was unusual because of this price. Greatest reserve though since it does get loaded especially on Friday's.

I had a wonderful experience rediscovering Spanish meals when We brought my visitors (I'm a tour manual) to Alba Restaurante Espanol. I really like the location of the branch as it's easily situated within the Mall of Asia complex (Prism Plaza) but it isn't crowded likethe retail center. We proceeded to go there during lunchtime. The buffet had been amazing. Everything has been yummy. My favorites consist of Paella, Lengua, Cochinillo (tender oven-roasted suckling pig with crunchy pores and skin), Virjenas al Hornos (baked eggplant with three forms of cheese), and Champignon al Ajillo. Kudos to the personnel for the wonderful service. Come check out around 5PM once the sunlight is about to create upon Manila Bay. The sights are perfect. I'll definitely keep coming back with more guests.

Really we tried the resto within Estancia Mall but I assume it isn't listed in here however. The food was excellent 👍 we attempted the buffet also it only price about 800.00 in addition per pax . You could have a range of Spanish dishesfrom tapas to desserts 🍨. Everything was great . Lengua and callous has been so smooth that it melts in the mouth area . The cochinillo was great but simply lacking a little bit of crispiness.

We love Spanish food, so when we traveled to Madrid and Segovia inside Spain, we ensured to eat from the neighborhood Paelladors and we sampled the conchinillo. We furthermore ate at the oldest eating place known as Sobrino de Botin.Today, if we have the craving for traditional Spanish cooking food, we find our solution to Alba's cafe. We 1st ate at Alba's eating place in Makati a few years ago and we continue steadily to benefit from the food, wine, songs and ambiance. We usually start with their seafood chowder and toasted breads with garlic mushroom pate and quezorino. We after that sample their paella, callos a la madrilena, conchinillo, Pollo parilla in lemon honey sauce and pescado vinagreta. Must attempt desserts like their popular Canonigo with custard sauce and Brazo Guitano will go perfectly with their coffee. The eating experience was perfectly complimented with courteous staff like Robert Cacho and Diane Zata

I am to Alba many times and also asked them simply this October 2019 to assist their signature Callos and Cochinillo.. Nothing at all beats how they get ready these authentic Spanish meals and I must say, it is possible to really appreciate the flavor of Spain that theyhave to provide. Within their lunch buffets, I love the Callos so very much but the Canonigo would be to die for. its a much less indulgent edition of Brazo de Mercedes

It’s been many years since we final had dinner in Alba’s with my Mother and that’s in the past 2014-15? Food continues to be the same; the flavor didn’t change, specifically the Lengua (ox tongue), Callos, Beef Salpicao and The Famous Conchinillo. Support is great! 👍❤️

Produced 2 reservations via eatigo with my friends. The staff who methods us is not pleasant. We requested if we're able to seat in a single table but they won't do it. I am aware if there are lots of customers in those days, it just the 4of us. Okay we forego it and decided to seat in another table. The manager working didn't allow us to talk about our meals to my buddies since we can not eat every one of them. The chorizo pizza didnt taste good. I believe they should work with a freshly baked dough. The dough will be tough. It appears that we don't have a freedom inside this restaurant since they keep their eyes about us if we exhange foods. The guard working is accommodating and the server who function the pasta on our desk. The other crew users appears arrogant for me. I will not return in this cafe and can not reccommend to my close friends.
