Went there while searching for European meals by the bay. I very first enjoyed a good sunset prior to the restaurant opened up its doors. Then your restaurant didn't look that great from outside yet in the design and deco are very nice, reminding the clients of thehistory close to it and the dog owner (Spanish chef who came within the 50's). The meals really was good and genuine (I resided in Spain before) and the paella, squid, tapas were all tasty. Service is good as well.

Wanted to involve some paella so we headed to Alba’s where they will have an excellent selection. They have even a Filipino edition with lechon. We furthermore tried a few of the tapas to begin our supper. We were later on serenaded by way of a trio of musicians.

Alba has both authentic Spanish and slightly modified Filipino meals. We had my best paella there. I was with several Japanese buddies and we were slightly tired and hungry from our visit to Tagaytay. The area filled our belly and hearts so nicely! The 3 males who performed on our request were thorough with almost any tunes we requested, they took us from Philippines to Japan to Spain through their songs!

Quality foods is most significant, good service is crucial and Alba offers both of it. Tradition can be something good in fact it is even much better when it could adopt new methods to improve comfort and efficiency. Nonetheless, Alba can claim just the initial halfof the sentence. There is absolutely no cause whatsoever for the Polaris eating place not to possess cordless terminals for the settling of the expenses up for grabs. Investment in the comfort and ease of one's clients means income, Mr and Ms Alba.....
