This is probably the most popular restaurants in Bacolod. They will have great food, excellent ambiance and reasonable costs. Batchoy is among the popular dishes here. Up to now I haven't got anything I didn't like.

We never really had an effective introduction to the Batchoy dish, as I’ve always found it too greasy and fatty for my liking. Enter: 21 Eating place, which totally changed my perspective with this famous regional noodle dish. It’s obvious to see how it unapologetically loadsup on the harmful stuff, since it’s generously topped with crunchy chicharon items; but there’s something about how exactly 21’s Batchoy magically strikes the total amount between light and wealthy; that despite understanding that what you’re consuming will end up resulting in an eventual cardiac arrest, it’s a whole delight to consume. The soup is packed with umami flavor; however won’t depart you thirsty. The chicharon parts are usually soaked in the soup, however stay crunchy throughout.
