I've been to the gem in the past 2006 and it had been a treasured memory. It had been nostalgic heading back and really was glad they have established many outlets already. Gone to Mactan at Island Main Mall, Tamiya and Oakridge branch and most of themoffered an excellent caffeinated and sweet knowledge. The service employees are accommodating reminiscing to be welcomed in a Cebuano house. Truly remarkable.

After I attended a celebration my children and I made a decision to have quite a few coffee then one sweet at their IT Recreation area branch. When we proceeded to go inside all we obtained had been a stare of judgment. I questioned what they could present and all heard has been thebackground sound because we didn't get a reaction. There have been like three of the employees position behind the counter and that is not really counting the cashier. It experienced like these were judging us that people will not buy or that people can't pay, at the very least that's how Personally i think. There have been 3 of the personnel that has been just standing there yet no-one assisted us or provided us anything. To my disappointment, I simply went and stayed outside and waited for my sister to get for me. To whoever is likely to make a company like a eating place or restaurant. Teach your workers to take care of each customer similarly. If your customer is usually uncertain what he really wants to order that's actually your possibility to sell and also upsell. Guests that are not acquainted with your food tend to be there to move and present your food a go without reservation. Grab that windowpane of opportunity to obtain a good selling for that day. You're just fortunate I was in an excellent mood if not I'd have got talked with you men. The meals we ordered was good. Exactly like any cake. Not amazing or remarkable. The product quality can simply be forgotten. The key reason why I visit a restaurant would be to eat needless to say, but I'm very particular with customer support than food. Poor customer service puts a negative taste in my own mouth than bad foods. I nearly forgot their employees will not have a good place to eat throughout their breaks. I notice them eating just beyond your shop where the vehicles are usually parked. I pity them. Give your workers some dignity.

Served good fresh meals for breakfast yet their chocolate cake will be fantastic, very moist plus flavorful just plain great
