Kalibo has changed a whole lot through the years. It is becoming smaller (in my own eyes) but has nevertheless kept its distinct attraction as a progressing city. I was raised here plus some of my puberty yrs were invested traversing its streets. Even though I leftto head to Manila for University, i nevertheless remember fondly the best places to eat with this quiet little city. Mary's is without doubt the best. I used to consume here with my mom once a week and obtain a repair of Beef Teriyaki and Burgers. The Beef Teriyaki is the best dish on the menu. Beef strips prepared in ginger and teriyaki sauce (now) along with white rice. It's lovely. It's fragrant and incredibly an easy task to chew. It in no way fails to fulfill me. Whenever i go back home, the trip will be incomplete without obtaining my Teriyaki repair. I know many of them offer the exact same dish in the town, but there is a certain elegance to the edition that Mary's offers. Now, i could visit Beef Teriyaki because it is the 1 dish that I continue coming back to on Mary's whenever I'm within Kalibo. However, Mary's can be well-known for its Lomi, sandwiches along with other meals. The set-up actually appears like a glorified carinderia however the food is way better. The helping portions are "sulit" aswell. I usually have got a cheeseburger to opt for my Beef Teriyaki aswell. Located together Pastrana St. right before Marianing Superstore. It's inexpensive. It's great. Swing by Mary's Refreshment if you have a couple of hours in Kalibo to extra.
