Iloilo City includes a new Chinese eating place ... the Royal Zhang Palace, located close to the main entry of the Grand Xing Imperial Hotel. The area was opened up to the general public only last November 2017. A pal of ours had been on a short check out fromthe US and we believed it good to use this new invest town, and it ended up being an excellent decision. The restaurant in not necessarily that huge. It has just three salas to chair diners, two possess European square or rectangular tables, while you have the original Chinese round desk. We started our supper (and there's thirteen folks!) with some shark's fin and bird's nest soup, accompanied by some common and new meals (like lemon chicken, fairly sweet and sour pork, patatim offered with buns, lapu-lapu fillet, etc.), and were left with delectable desserts. My close friends went for the most common almonds and lychees, while I made a decision to attempt their raspberry snowflake (which tasted such as a raspberry flavored maja blanca). I furthermore tried their drinking water melon pineapple fruit juice upon the waiter's recommendation, also it was excellent and refreshing. All in all, we'd an extremely sumptuous dinner. Service really was good; it was quick; the waiters had been all polite; the atmosphere was properly lit and jovial. Parking had not been a problem because the hotel includes a basement for this. Thumbs up!

I just ate here once therefore i can't really state anything because of their consistency, however the food We ordered here were just about all tasty. Best for picture taking as well. The shakes they provided were all therefore beautiful that I needed to order among each. Mysugar level may not agree with that choice though lol. I could recommend their Yang chow rice, shrimp rolls, and mozzarella shrimp balls. I ate a lot more of this than I believed I could thinking of I'm not usually a large fan of shrimp. I furthermore enjoyed the dessert! I experienced the sago and the flavored paos. Once again, my sugar isn't pleased with me. But I has been pleased here ~ good food, great service, and super complete tummy.

I actually loved the jellyfish and poultry in the chilly cuts platter. Pork & mushroom dimsum was okay but sharksfin has been off. The wonton noodles soup had been bland and the wonton has been undercooked. The tofu and seafood was mostly seafood batter and tofu tasted older. Nice& sour pork was as well sour. The waiter had been also not helpful to the customers.

The eating environment and service were good, prices modest, however the food itself a disappointment. We'd sweet and sour seafood and seafood with tofu. You can find better choices for Cantonese-style meals in Iloilo.

Simply fake looking, tasting and also the personnel know it’s bad. But most patrons most likely don’t notice because probably don’t know great Chinese food preparation in a nation that butchers the options. I do not advocate it nor perform we recommend any inthe city! Hint: THE SUMMERTIME House is a whole lot worse!

I don"t understand if it"s the pandemic (leading to them to save upon the ingredients and seasoning) or another thing that brought this restaurant's food high quality to deteriorate a whole lot because the last time We tried this place 3 years back (read my previous evaluation). Servicehas remained good, and also the price, however the food has become very bland. I had been disappointed when I attempted the best hakao and Shanghai design lovely and sour pork (among other activities). Indeed, items have changed a whole lot with this particular place, for the poor, I'm afraid. I am hoping they will focus on it and surpass my expectations because they used to.
