I'm surprise they do possess a branch within Ilo-ilo. So we'd our dinner right here on our yesterday evening since I really skip this dish. Jo's grilled pork liver is among my favorites (from 40 pesos per skewer). I usually purchase it with some garlic rice. Basically yummy! The cafe they will have in Iloilo Town is quite big. It could accommodate big groupings. It looks like a large "kubo", open-air (non-atmosphere conditioned), and people generally eat with bare fingers. Service requires a while though (around 30-40 mins per purchase), however the staff are helpful and accommodating. Strongly suggested! :D
