This restaurant offers you a great Chinese "sampan" experience. Apart from the orders you may get from waiters, you can find push carts packed with foods it is possible to stop to obtain foods straight from (like from road hawkers). It reminded me of Chinese boat merchants whoonce docked their little boats (sampan) across the Pasig River to market their products. Possibly this is why why this cafe is named "harbour city". :D There's lots of foods and beverages to choose from. They're tasty and budget-helpful. The ambiance is quite Chinese. Waiters are actually decked out in Chinese dress. Support is fast and workers are friendly. Strongly suggested!

We used to come quickly to this place prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. I adored its design of having a foods cart roam around that you can directly get any meals you wanted. Then your place locked down through the quarantine period. A couple of months laterit exposed and permitted take-out orders and house delivery. A couple of days ago it began accepting diners once again. I instantly returned to the area and realized that a large number of points have transformed. The roaming foods cart is fully gone; meals are actually served on take-out containers; some foods aren't available; etc. I am aware that these changes come in collection with the on-going wellness protocols. I assume this is all area of the "new regular." Will things ever go back to how these were before after the pandemic will be over? I am hoping so.
