The salad greens were old and brown...yuck. The croutons had been stale and the fries tasted nasty. I has been with a American and an area Filipino and the Filipino complained. The manager working had to contact the organization office because she didn't know howto deal with the complaint. She provided us new croutons for the salads, simple and apologized. My largest complaint was and will be that most or even all restaurant's in the Philippines never ever delivered the waiter (waitress) back again to the desk to request how your supper was, nor perform they arrived at see if you want other things. Poor training and bad waiter abilities. On the positive aspect, the new Marriott resort and eating place in Iloilo City care for their customers...United states style.
