We flew to Siargao and were residing in General Luna, therefore 1 day we went for this place and made a decision to test it out for. To be truthful I did so not think this might become our most preferred restaurant in the complete Siargao and thatwe would arrive there once again many times! Initially, we purchased pork BBQ with Jawa garlic rice, simple stuff nonetheless it was wonderful - I reckon that has been because of the seasoning! So the the next time we purchased the same dish once again and in addition Sisig (pork jowls, liver, etc blended with onion, etc.) - I don't fancy this type of food but once again - just therefore tasty! We experienced we should find out more locations which we do but because we simply loved Madman's stuff therefore much we often finished up there once again. We also experienced a chance to meet up with the owner - a humbled guy who simply loves cooking therefore he made a decision to open this cafe. He gave us various other of his things merely to make us delighted and to observe if we enjoy it. We also completely fell deeply in love with their free obtainable sauces - some unique soy sauce, garlic essential oil, and spicy vinegar! Evidently, they will have some DJ's night time every once in awhile which I may not review - haven't witnessed. This place probably does not look really stylish (evidently they opened just like two, 90 days ago tho) but trust me their meals is fantastic! And by the end of your day, that's what matters!!! PS: And incredibly cheap (for instance in comparison to popular Mama's Grill that was frequently suggested to us but we weren't mad about any of it at all..).
