Karagatan Restaurant is situated inside Siargao Bleu, among the best resort generally Luna. We proceeded to go over for supper after reading through about their Crab dish. Sadly it was available because of the season and option of the crab around Siargao. Whenever we first enteredthe eating place, we were greeted by way of a Waitress, introducing herself, along with our server for your day, Ariel Bojos. It was a significant disappointment whenever we heard that the crab wasn’t available, but Ariel recommended another dish, the prawn, that was cooked with exactly the same style because the crab. When the meals came, the display was good, food part was perfectly, the flavor was marvellous. However, i'll state that the prawn has been a little mushy and you could inform that it ain’t refreshing. But i got eventually to state, overall, i’ll nevertheless give 9/10. The price is certainly much more expensive compared to the ones you discover in other eateries generally Luna, but it’s still affordable for a onetime meal. We also ordered Caipirinha, also it was so great. Among the best we’ve tasted. Made out of the proper ingredient, probably needed a lot more brown sugar, nonetheless it was great. I was shock with the WOW services from this eating place. Zell was the main one who assisted us on that night time. She also surprised my pal because I described to her that people are usually celebrating our birthday within Siargao. We stayed at Shargao Bleu for 3 nights and had breakfast every morning, one lunch and 2 dinners at Karagatan. Overall, the restaurant provides high quality food and the wide-variety of foods for an extremely reasonable cost. The beer choice is minimum and therewas no wines choices, but that's understandable for an island and there have been a lot of cocktail options. The service could be a bit slow. Again, that is fine...we are upon an island and we seriously vacation to decelerate anyway. But if you're very impatient, you'll either have to adjust and take pleasure in the time together with your close friends and/or family or you'll may become frustrated. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included both Western and Filipino options. Of the 3 various servers we'd, Zell was absolutely well known. She was enjoyable and conversational and generally had an excellent smile when arriving at our table. 5 superstars for Zell. Many thanks so much Zell! The hotel generally needs to enhance their service. Many people are pleasant and friendly, nevertheless, you may need to request two or three 3 times to obtain something done.
