Cool small restaurant, the proper place to meet up with friends. Good Spanish food, little delightful menu, very helpful service (even though not professional), reasonable costs. Will definitely go back to this restaurant again.

It is a little supposedly Spanish bistro with a good selection of Filipino-Spanish meals. I said ‘supposedly’ as the cuisine, I believe, will be technically Filipino-Spanish fusion. The meals is normally good. I particularly just like the freshwater fern salad with pomelo. The pomelo component appears tobe borrowed from the famous Thai salad.

one among dumaguete's little gourmet resto but foods serving is good. try out their paella and pasta and ensure that you perform some reservations when you are there, they will have limited seats.

Place is little with limited parking room. I actually was pretty impressed by the evaluations on the facebook page that is why I opted to use this place out there. I visited order their finest sellers that have been Lamb Adobo and Garlic Shrimps. I has been expecting amasterchef-worthy dish as their testimonials are all praises because of this dish. The sauce had been bland and the meats had not been fork-tender. The garlic shrimps had been cooked fine, nothing at all exciting aside from the melted cheese at the top. Best retailers, but tastes common. For the beverages, I ordered passion juice. I was amazed to see that 1 / 2 of the interest fruit was literally simply scooped out and dunked in to the cup. I has been expecting it will be blended and strained as not absolutely all customers would like to beverage/eat the seeds. This, for me personally, was just my knowledge. It could not be relevant or exactly the same to anyone.

Senor Juan focuses on chorizo and it's really delicious however it's done. We go there usually and I've never really had a disappointing dish actually. The area is quiet and little, feels more like a family group kitchen. Come and revel in! Excellent staff, aswell.
