The silvanas are excellent both butter and chocolate. The chocolate cheesecake rocks ! and paired with a lychee tea. For the cafe, we ordered beef with mashed potatoes and steam vegetables and spaghetti with clams. Both dishes are great however could it be missing some flavor. We asked for chili flakes and essential olive oil but we finished the meals also it didnt arrived. It could have already been more tastier if the laundry were cooked to perfection. There's alot to improve. The tropical juice is tasty. Extremely fast in serving.

This restaurant is in a gracious old colonial period house in a magnificent location on the waterfront. It has both inside and outside dining areas. It includes a excellent ambience and there's an possibility there to accomplish something truly special. It is a pitythat the foods is indeed poor. At greatest it really is unimaginative and pedestrian and occasionally what turns up before you will be inedible. I cannot understand the highly favorable evaluations given to dining places in the Philippines, which if you ask me somewhere else in SE Asia would price as desperately poor to barely acceptable. May be the expectation level right here so reduced that anything looks great? This is a situation in point. They provide a buffet breakfast on Sunday that is so bad for the price it will be shamed by breakfast in a spending budget motel in america or Australia. A paella has been mediocre and beef medallions arrived blackened bits of charcoal with the regularity of old boot buckskin. Waiters in Australia or the united states would refuse to go through the indignity of placing it before litigant. If hotels and dining places in Bangkok can generate buffets of the product quality they present each day it is completely beyond me as to the reasons Filipino restaurant food high quality is so appalling.

Once again we were out for lunch time with the household. The restaurant is properly spaced out inside which means that your not really crammed in. There have been at least 9 employees in attendance whenever we have there been in the afternoon, following the lunchtime hurry. After different soups which arrivedat differing times, one after their major course of pasta experienced arrived. Two folks chosen the paella sea meals mix, the remaning relative got the pork scalops with mash and vegitables. I believe the pork dish have been revived in microwave. The paella had been brought out on big dish for us to greatly help ourselves. Prawns and clams had been obvious on top, nonetheless it soon became obvious these we few in number, we expected a lot more for the ph420 cost, disapointed with this particular meal. Service staff weren't attentive and needed to be told to bring huge plates. The only conserving grace with this particular restaurant is the collection of deserts, a big range to pick from. Summing up even more attention to part consistancy and correct phasing of classes. Staff to become more attentive and chatting in huddle close to the desert counter to end up being discouraged.

We had something update Our Venue/function area was good and perfect for around 20 persons. Food variety are great and service is merely fine. We just had the technical problem... The projector can not work with our laptop Nobody is knowledgeable inside therestaurant to detect issue. Plus they only have 1 device of projector? We had no option but to utilize our back again up portable projector that was not really good. The restaurant still charged me for usage of projector - so very bad.

House of the famous “Silvanas”. It had been actually our first-time visiting this Bistro also it was worthy of our while. Got our lunch for just two 2 days direct, and I possibly could say it had been also worth the purchase price. The Pasta and their homemade loaf of bread is amust try, furthermore. The area was very classic, as well. The classic construction and ambiance feels as though going back again in the nice old times. If you’re a tourist round the area, Sans Rival Bistro is very a place to appreciate 😊

This is certainly the very best in Dumaguete, the meals is great, the service, everything concerning the place, cheap at all, portions huge, requires a while for food to reach but that's because it's cooked fresh, just wait and you may not bedisappointed

They will have many excellent meals from breakfast to supper. And I get my afternoon brewed espresso there daily. 50 pesos to find the best coffee in town.

ordering was not good here, yeah quite understandable since its crowded for going to at about 430pm didnt expect that people had to greatly help ourselves choose a table, get the menus, asked for you to definitely take our order way too many periods, waited too much time forthe purchase too. it had been a crazy experience or even for the silvanas I'd prefer to go someplace else. I hope they are able to improve their program in assisting visitors. Please usually do not disappoint again.

We ordered their tapa platter, churros, and spaghetti. It is a great spot to eat and rest after strolling across the Boulevard. It's furthermore close to the 17th Marker of Magellan's expedition so it is close to the tourist spots round the city. The food is rather priced andthe tapas, churros, tropical fruit pitche, and spaghetti are okay. Great spot to eat before purchasing Sansrival and Silvanas @ their store. They open up 10am and near around 9pm i believe. Their paellas can seve 4 to 5 pax when paired with some other menu items aswell
