Nevas Brick Cooker Pizza is located near Silliman University and INFIRMARY. A brief tricycle ride are certain to get you there. We ate their for lunch time . We we're greeted at the entranceway by the hostess who mentioned we can proceed upstairs to the airconsitting region. I purchased an Hawaiian pizza. My partner experienced a seafood rice platter. The Pizza was in fact best for the Philippines. It had been a slim crust pizza. I would suggest obtaining their cheese and garlic pizza. My partner ate most of her meal, that is always an excellent sign. Great spot to consume and at an excellent price.

I create it a point to go to a pizza location everytime I reach a fresh destination, especially when i tasted truly authentic pizza in, of most areas, Camiguin Island. That preferred pizza host to mine (Luna) has sadly closed down since, therefore i continuemy quest for the very best pizzeria in your islands. That brought myself to Neva’s Brick Oven Pizzas. When I notice “brick stove”, I’m reminded of Luna, which includes become my standard. We ordered the Reddish Hot Italian pizza, with Italian sausage and reddish chili flakes. We furthermore purchased the Seafood Pasta, that is a seafood blend in a spicy tomato sauce. The 11-inch pizza came packed with toppings, and was very tasty. I'd have needed the crust to become a little more crunchy though (maybe just a few minutes a lot more in the brick cooker would ensure it is perfect). Nevertheless, it had been quite fulfilling and filling. The pasta was included with a hearty, spicy tomato sauce, and a lot of seafood bits. Furthermore good, however the pasta had not been al dente (perhaps a couple of minutes much less cooking would do). We capped off the food with a espresso shake - a foamy fairly sweet end-note to improve your energy for a day of sightseeing. All in just about all, it was an excellent value-for-money meal. Their menus is quite extensive because they furthermore serve rice meals. Really worth a trip when you’re in Dumaguete Town.
