I'm from Cebu and simply moved in within Dumaguete City for function and everytime i visit a new place best of my mind may be the access for meals and coffee stores coz i must say i love espresso and tea and desserts that significantly. Ihad my first supper in Jakarta Café with pork tocino bbq and poultry bbq and feels as though i'm just consuming Larsian BBQ in Cebu because their bbq sauce is really a cebuano taste-style. From then on, i became a normal customer to the café due to the Poultry Sisig (a dish i would recommend that you should try out), Pork Sisig, Buttered Poultry, and etc. I fulfilled the dog owner Jhak - an extremely accomodating, friendly, flexible character and a "great chef" i tell his customers. Jhak wants myself to use his desserts and we said "sure so what can you recommend?" He then confidently bring in his "POT CAKE" for an acceptable price and it's really realy excellent. He also serves tasty Crepe, Pizza, Pasta and Frappe and more. The atmosphere of the café will be great with abstract paintings that matches for Barkadas and Loved ones. Guys i do advise that you should attempt his meals and desserts and also have your own expertise with Jakarta Café. :)

I became a enthusiast of Jhak the performer in Singapore in the past and bought one of is own large paintings. I found Dumaguete when he previously his initial solo gallery present in 2015. When I returned to Dumaguete (among my favorite metropolitan areas inthe Philippines) this 30 days I came across he was no more at the gallery but experienced just opened their own gallery/café on Dr. V. Locsin St. close to the Asian University. The café is easy but charming filled with an artist’s touch in the quirky tile flooring and the wall space filled with artwork and, yes, I purchased another painting. The meals is fairly good too and incredibly reasonably priced. Jhak had been on the premises and explained his second like was cooking food and he previously studied with baristas in Singapore and a French crepe expert in Hong Kong and found pizza and pasta dishes during journeys to Italy. The menus adjustments as he refines his quality recipes but presently he supplies a range of supper and dessert crepes, their own pizza and pasta creations, and Filipino food along with his unique global touch. Furthermore, he serves excellent cappuccino and espresso. I got a straightforward cheese pizza he made specifically for me plus some HaloHalo (produced Singapore design I was happy to see) and appreciated both. My skinny Filipino buddies each had an enormous yummy desert crepe (I simply tasted each plus they were amazing). This café is certainly worth a trip for the meals, price, and ambience. Purchase a cappuccino and a painting when you are there.

Great small cafe near the Asian college. Visit the cafe reviews beneath the correct name! This is a Cafe with a Gallery---thus the title Jhakart which autocorrect will not like it appears to be.
