The food was good but I was totally switched off by the owner's son who was simply serving because the cashier. I actually was helping myself to one glass of drinking water (at their 5-gallon drinking water container dispenser) and was surprised by the owner's boy who tried tosteer me with their water in bottles instead. Was something amiss with the container, I inquired, and he mentioned no nonetheless it was at area temperature whereas the water in bottles had been in the cooler. That is why, completing with a grin, we keep carefully the dispenser unplugged (so that it doesn't serve cool water). Following this, I couldn't help but spot the size of these serving portion. Rice will be charged by the mug -- like in lots of other dining places in the Philippines -- and the cup these were using was the tiniest I've ever noticed, hahaha. It wasn't coffee-glass sized, it had been teacup-sized. Just what a cheapskate who owns this restaurant is. What a shame, the laundry I tasted seemed alright, however now I wonder just how much cost-cutting influenced their procedures. Did they get refreshing seafood or skimp on high quality by purchasing days-older frozen fish?
